Some concern about this project. The project hasn't had much input from outside of the developing schools for a while, and its focus seems to be exclusively on one or two implementations. Perhaps the initiative for common effort between Jasig, Kuali, InCommon and others will include some energy into OR. |

After the conference some UI improvements were discussed. RPI is making some local changes. Collaboration with ESUP contributers has not been happening though. Consider ending incubation in a few more months is no activity. |

ThinkSpace wiki content was migrated to jasig (TSC). Pete's doc staff have been busy on the site, and they will be having a discussion with faculty on Aug 3 to flesh out more of the documentation. Pete is working on intro, scope and roadmap. The phrase "federal grant funding" has introduced some additional churning in the approval of contrib agreements. They are ready to commit code when that is resolved. |

Made initial contact with Pete. The have a production version of this service at Iowa. They use SVN, MVN, Jira, and Confluence. We talked about the incubation process and first step being the licensing agreements in order to begin porting this stuff over to build community around it. He will begin working on those and a roadmap that defines how people can help with the project. He is also doing a session on ThinkSpace at the conference. We plan to meet there and discuss next steps. |
