Status of incubating projects
- Content Management Portlet - development is occurring. Jonathan wants to touch base to see if they are ready for collaborators.
- Web Proxy - needs code clean up, licensing waiting on Eric's availability
- Func test - needs code clean up, licensing waiting on Eric's availability
- Resource Server - ready except for governance
- Calendar Portlet - license is not ready, needs clean up; Need ICLA from Anthony and CCLA if possible; No roadmap in confluence
- bookmarks - clean up and licensing needed
- weather - clean up and licensing needed - get ICLA from Dustin
- facebook - ask Tim
- announcements - ask Tim
- Bedework - developers busy with other work - so near and yet so far; need to get Software Grant in place - they have made commitments to get done by end of year.
- Open Registry - development is continuing and now have participation by Simon Fraser U. Are making milestone releases.
- Help Desk - Jonathan working with Pascal to present a seminar at conference - need adoption / community
Licensing - Jonathan has talked to Tracy Mitrano at Cornell and she has agreed to make herself available to any institution about CCLA.

Jonathan - let's invent our own practice and not adopt Apache process wholesale. What is minimum to move forward?
Voters are all committers. How is committer list maintained? Active project contributors might include steering committee and committers. Have people say whether they are binding voters when they vote. Active committer list and steering committee list should be available. No need to describe process for all the types Apache did - stick with less formal and more minimalist for now.
