Patty will pull together and lead the new committee to establish process for new organization.

- By the end all saw it as positive
- This is one of Jasig strengths that it brings to the merger
- Sakai had bad experience with heavy handed product advisory board
- Each project should govern itself
- Maybe sponsorship is the end goal
- What will existing projects need to do?
- What is the "tool life-cycle" exactly
- Incorporate 2-3-98 open source maturity model in check list
- Need more mentors than incubation group
- Value proposition document - for both sides (project and foundation)
- Merged organization does not exist yet
- New committee set up future process will include Tim, Susan, Cris
- Patty will lead
Recruit one more person for this committee. TO DOCris will troll Unicon for possibilities.
