  1. Review of Process and nomenclature
    1. candidate proposal / pre-incubation is now clear
    2. candidates may join an existing project, stand on their own or become non-project contributions
    3. governance for each is clear
    4. (big grin) All agreed
  2. Infrastructure needs to support the process
    1. INCU wiki and jira - contains initial proposal request and current status
    2. incubation mailing list - open to community at large
    3. IWG - formed and active until summer 2009 when existing and new members should be elected 
    4. Pre-incubation - wiki space on demand (open registry has this already)
    5. Incubating Project wiki, svn, lists, jira to be created in step with the incubation process as needed
    6. Sponsored project related contribution - to be handled by existing project.  E. G. portlets have a wiki, jira and svn resources as specified by USC
    7. Non-project-related (unsponsored) contributions - use INCU wiki space to document contributions; contrib svn location exists and is appropriately used already (ALM and IRC bot)
  3. (star) Tim to customize JIRA with fields from sample proposal and workflow  from the process graph.
  4. (star) Susan create a list of proposals with owners to contact once jira is set up
  5. Perhaps IWG will review and cull old clearinghouse- after new work is in progress
