Incubating "communities of practice"
Can we adopt changes to incubation process to accommodate communities of practice? See Benn's draft: Incubation Process. Need to document what community of practice in Jasig is. Jonathan work on info for the web site / wiki. Work from one process document. Everyone look at proposed changed process draft.

- Everyone please read closely Benn's draft: Draft Incubation Process with CoP. Try to imagine you are deciding of FIFER is ready to become a Jasig project. Is this adequate for clear process?
- Jonathan to contact Steve Swinsburg for info on how to help CCLA process with an email from Jasig.
- Cris, send email to license list with question about ICLAs for committers no longer associated with Jasig.
- .NET CAS client is approved to graduate as soon as hear files are updated.
- Tim will update Incubation Process page to be clearer about where portlets go in svn and how to manage access in scn.
- Confluence portlet accepted into incubation. Susan contact Parker who may be the assignee.
