Susan, announce new portlets to Jasig announcements, portlets and incubation lists.
Cris - not every submitter understands the process. Incubation liaison to a new project needs to be proactive in reaching out. Right now we need to mentor projects along. Welcome new project, send FAQ.
Initial account creation is self service. Then incubation should be able to grant as needed. See Jasig infrastructure wiki.
Cris will document how to create a new JIRA project on the above page.
Susan - get status from Parker. Did Anthony get permission issues solved.
Create a FAQ for newly accepted projects.
Announcements Portlet really needs corrections to the NOTICE file. Susan, create a JIRA blocker for this.
Tuy will take a stab at updating NOTICE file for Calendar portlet

Rutgers and SFU making good progress negotiating a way to work together, given the Rutgers production schedule; project generated excellent interest at EDUCAUSE; UC Berkeley is looking into whether it can participate on the project. |

Tim: Another portlet they have is MS exchange that gives mail and calendar summary using ns web services using GSSAPI. Would like another committee member to be the assignee.
