JIRA Setup
Tim, can we get JIRA set up so that new incubation issues cause notification to all of the group? Or to incubation-list? Did this already happen?
It looks like projects frequently fall back to pending review when edited. I notice that every time Marvin updates the .NET CAS client issue, the status returns to pending review. Tim, can you see if this is a bug?
Old business
Jonathon wants to have Jasig web site have bird's eye view of what's in incubation. We aren't sure this works for all projects as soon as they enter incubation. We can ask them to add information to a template once they are able to do that. Jonathan will follow up via email.

Still a collaboration between Simon Fraser and Rutgers. RU has done a lot of local customizations in trunk not suitable to other sites. RU needs to be in production March. SF has more resources to make generic distribution because less of a time crunch. Intro video on home page now. Resources are there and work is happening. Collaboration but without project lead. |
