- We agreed to adopt changes to process cor CoP: Incubation Process. Wiki needs to be updated to reflect changes,
- Need to document what community of practice in Jasig is. Jonathan work on info for the web site / wiki.

lots of recent commits but no update to use notice plugin yet. Anthony still cannot access jira due to permission problem. Jen volunteered to get notice plugin working in trunk and branch so this should be ready for graduation soon after that. |

- Web Proxy Portlet is eligible to be graduated
- Functional Tests Portlet is likely to wait until next uPortal release is done

- For Jonathan's projects, an incubation committee member should be a contact and a board member should mentor.
- Benito agreed to be IT Ecosystem contact; we need to identify a mentor for the project

- Gary Schwartz should be the HelpDesk mentor, if needed; Susan will speak to him about the disposition of the project

- Steve will be the contact for the Self-Service Accounts Portlet
- Confluence Integration Portlet and Plugin - Benito volunteered to be the contact
- Tuy will take care of notice and license and will ask Jen about release that will be available for the next uPortal release (will it be 1.0?)
