Susan ask Eric for progress on portlets for which he is project lead. Outline tasks for each.
- Sent out probe in Tue after weeks of procrastination.
Parker file ICLA - done
Cris check subversion access process - need to create process to administer. Eric needs to get to subgroups. Parker can contact Eric for permission.
Susan will draft questions and submit to general@incubator.apache.org
- Not done yet - QA?
Tim suggest to dev list / uPortal steering committee that incorporation of upload portlet as uPortal framework makes more sense than independent portlet.
- Concentrated on getting up in production (confluence wiki portlet, deployer portlet, xythos portlet perhaps)
All - contact project leads in time for progress before next call.
- Susan has contacted Jen, Eric, Anthony and Marvin but only this week.

Portlets relocated in New svn to sandbox or portlets directory based on incubation status.
