There is no NOTICE file. No roadmap. License header missing from some files (.xml, .jsp). Only University of Wisconsin (Eric and Nick) have contributed to this project. Do we need another committer? Yes. Need someone to review or be willing to fix if broken. Ask uPortal committers to support this. |
