A Release Candidate for uPortal 5 will be released shortly. Genera Audience expected around October 25th. There were several nice-to-haves, but they may be included post RC release.

Incubation and uPortal Ecosystem Intake Process

Benito documented likely differences between the Apereo Incubation Process and our uPortal Intake Process. The link to the Google Doc was shared for review.

uPortal Developers Days 2017

We had a quick review of the collaboration page and noted to check in with Jim on folks arriving Sunday before the conference starts on Tuesday.

Outreach

Discussed how to leverage uP Dev Days on Twitter. Continued reviewing the merit of using Slack rather than the mailing lists.
