Documentation Licensing

Starting with the uPortal 3.2 User Manual, Jasig will be releasing uPortal documentation under the Apache 2.0 license. Contributors to the manual need to submit an Individual Contributor License Agreement /wiki/spaces/LIC/pages/103503026. It is recommended that they also have their institution submit a Corporate Contributor License Agreement /wiki/spaces/LIC/pages/103503026. We will also be requesting contributor agreements from prior contributors in an effort to ensure documentation from previous user manuals can be properly included in new user manuals. We will also be moving towards having all other contributions to the uPortal wiki spaces and mailing lists be released under the Creative Commons CC0 (CC0) license unless otherwise explicitly stated.
