Description
The Message Templates define the default email text for notifications and MAP printouts. The message templates combine static text with variables to form the messages and printouts. The database is loaded with sample templates that should be changed before use. Each of the available templates are defined below with examples and the template codes. Variables available for message templates are defined on this page.
1) A number of new message template variables were added in v2.7.0 to enhance the message templates. The new variables were NOT added to the existing message templates in order to retain local customizations. Each of the new variables are documented with the templates marked updated in v.2.7.0 below.
2) Handling of a few message template variables were corrected in v2.7.0. Please be sure to review the MAP and Action Plan message templates for any problem.
