Donation mechanism

Ability to give money to JASIG through the website.

Recommended reading

It would be a list of books recommended by the JASIG participants. Book cover images would link to Amazon such that JASIG would get a kickback for each book ordered via the referral mechanism. This could be implemented by something like a Goodreads group.
