Support for www.jasig.org

Our web site, www.jasig.org is hosted by WebChuck Web. Annual maintenance includes minor updates to the site, such as the addition of new content.  More complex changes are estimated by WebChuck Web and then billed to Jasig.

A small number of community members have update privileges on www.jasig.org.  

The procedures for making change requests is as follows:

1. Community members should go through the usual channels for requesting new content (e.g., email to news@jasig.org, steering committees, newsletter@jasig.org, etc.)

2. For more ambitious changes, community members should send an email to jasig-webpresence@lists.ja-sig.org.

3. Individuals with update privileges on the site should send requests for support directly to support at webchuckweb dot com, with a cc to the Jasig executive director (jjmarkow at jasig dot org).  If the request is billable, WebChuck Web will discuss with the executive director before proceeding.
