      1. SIT cycle 1 completed

      5. Production deployment: Go live is scheduled for 08/03 - 08/06/2012.   A Go Decision was finalized on 07/26/2012    
      6. If 08/03 is missed for any reason,  the next possible window for implementation in production is end of September/beginning of October 2012 due to Rutgers internal maintenance calender
