Where do things stand?

  • Newsletter will announce the time and place on Monday using announcement on the wiki

    • We need to do more outreach / buzz - those who plan to attend should reply to announcement with intentions to attend All

    • Pester folks who expect to participate to do lightning talks Andrew

  • meetup site currently is little disorganized - dates are incorrect in some places - Will go out in newsletter anyway and wait for Bill to return to update meetup site

    • expand meetup updaters Bill

  • participants page - has some activity but still mostly us until publicized

    • add yourself if you can attend All

    • formal registration will be in meetup

  • getting registration fee figured out

Planning Site:  Is it sufficient?

  • Make the purpose of the activity ideas page clearer

What needs to get done?

    • Unicon web presence - news item, blogs etc and directed to subscribers

      • work with venue on rooms and all logistics

  • uPortal developers' meeting topics and coding sessions

  • Question:  How much of the first 2 days should be devoted to uPortal developer topics?

    • Having some tactical discussions about direction during the first days would help get more attendance.
