OpenRegistry and Grouper

Grouper is one option for handling groups in OpenRegistry

Identity information often comes from SoR with additional attributes, like course information

OpenRegistry could handle the loading of those additional attributes into Grouper

Might make sense to load attribute data into Grouper instead of building them in to OpenRegistry

OpenRegistry can handle permission calculation and should be looked at closely when provisioning comes up
