Harrahs Joliet Hotel, http://www.harrahsjoliet.com, has a 40 room block for Sunday October 17th through Friday October 22nd.

The rate is $88.99 plus tax per room per night and includes a breakfast voucher for breakfast in the Union Station Buffet. Internet access is also included in the room rate.

Rooms must be booked by 10/3/2010 to get the guaranteed rate.

There will be a shuttle bus run between the University of St. Francis and Harrah's hotel twice each morning and twice each afternoon. In an emergency if you need to get to your hotel from USF during a period when the shuttle is not running, the university's security staff will be able to take you.

Shuttle Schedule

Morning Shuttle from Harrah's Hotel to USF:
Shuttle will leave Harrah's Joliet to bring visitors to USF at 8:30 and 8:45 in the morning every day Monday through Wednesday.

Afternoon/Evening Shuttle from USF to Harrah's Hotel:

  • Shuttle will leave USF to bring visitors to Harrah's Hotel at 5:15pm and 5:30 pm in the afternoon on Mon and Tue
  • Shuttle will leave USF to bring visitors to Harrah's Hotel at 12:15pm and 12:30 pm in the afternoon on Wednesday
  • Shuttle will leave USF to bring visitors to Harrah's Hotel at 5:15 pm on Wednesday night for the board to go back to the hotel.
