Known Issues - Native Appcelerator Titanium Project
In general, the iOS version of the application is quicker, more responsive and less bug-prone. However, given the requirement of having Mac OSX Snow Leopard in order to compile or test iOS applications, this isn't practical for many users.
Known Issues in Android
- Navigating to a "portlet" (any app that uses a webview instead of native UI), clicking the home icon doesn't work. Application requires restart. However, native windows (map and directory) navigate home fine.
- In the Map Window, the map jumps the first time you drag it, and doesn't let you click an annotation point until you've dragged the map around.
Known Issues in iOS
- In the Map window, when searching for certain single letters (such as "a"), the app crashes.
- Loading indicators don't show text in iOS right now. This is due to a bug requiring that the width property of the indicator be set to 'auto', which produces equally undesirable results.Â
