Add Members to Group Use Case

If you have the appropriate permissions add a set of members to a group.

Inputs

• Space Name
• Group Name
• Member Ids
• Member Types

Outputs

• True if the members were added, false otherwise. May return true if it skipped members

Exceptions

• If the group doesn't exist, invalid member type, bad input
