- User is authenticated to system.
- User has access to make modifications to some users.
- User has selected the people's roles to make modifications to.
Business Flow
- User has chosen the people's roles to make modifications to (outside of scope of this for now).
- User chooses enters new expiration date.
- User submits expiration date. Date is validated. If error, presented back to user for correction.
- New Expiration date is applied to roles.

- Audit/logging
