Accessing the Administration Summary Views should not impede the performance of the CAS service
Administration Summary Views need to be accessible even if the CAS service is experiencing issues (i.e. provide a web interface protected by CAS, but a JMX version that is not)
Clearly identify aggregated vs. non-aggregated server information
Integration with Inspektr auditing/statistics tool
