SSP v1.2.1 Caseload Re-assignment

Description: 

• The caseload re-assignment feature allows an Administrator to assign one or all students assigned to a coach to be re-assigned to different coach.  Prior to 1.2.1, students must be re-assigned one at a time until all students have been re-assigned after searching for each student.  The re-assignment feature allows a manager or administrator to select a coach by name to view all advisees.  All or some of the advisees can be re-assigned to one or more target coaches. 

Use Case:

• When a coach change jobs or leaves employment at a campus, the manager of the coach needs to re-assign the students to another coach.  The manager navigates to the re-assignment tool and selects the former coach.  A confirmation list of the caseload for the former coach is displayed.  From a drop-down list of active coaches, the name of the coach to which the students will be moved is selected.  All students are assigned to the new coach's caseload.
