STATEMENT

Having worked at LSU for 7 years, I have wrestled with many of the different challenges related to IT in higher education especially identity management.  Since the inception of our CAS integration efforts, I have found myself irrevocably drawn to CAS and have worked to offer my full support to the community whether it is through regular participation on the CAS mail list to address questions, contributing LSU code back for community use, or working with the CAS development team to resolve bugs.  Now that LSU has adopted CAS, we are eagerly looking forward to working with JASIG on the future of CAS4 and what is needed by the community.  Regardless of how things play out, I will continue advocating the adoption and progression of CAS both here at LSU and within the wider JASIG community and will do all within my abilities to assist anyone who needs help.   With your support, we can envision and enable the future of CAS.
