Participation - JA-SIG 2.0

The conference committee invites everyone attending the conference to participate, record, and share their experiences online by blogging, podcasting, photo sharing or using any other medium which a creative community like JA-SIG can come up with. BarCamp attendees in particular are encouraged to participate online as well as in person.

Tagging

Tagging is a way to link and organize many separate items across the web. To link together work related to the conference, attendees are encouraged to use the jasigdenver07 tag, along with any other tags which may be appropriate. Some other tag suggestions are: jasig denver 2007 uportal cas

Pages related to presentations or topics related to the conference can be tagged in del.icio.us or other bookmark managers with the jasigdenver07 or other tags.

Blogging & Podcasting

Blog posts related to the conference are encouraged to use the jasigdenver07 tag. People interested in podcasting should also contact Jason Shao jayshao@rutgers.edu to coordinate efforts

Flickr

Conference attendees are encouraged to take photographs during the conference and upload them to their Flickr accounts tagged with the jasigdenver07 tag. Also feel free to share photos with the JA-SIG Flickr group: http://flickr.com/groups/jasig

Photos tagged with jasigdenver07 will be displayed during breaks and possibly during the closing session.
