Users creating personal feeds
If users have permission to edit the portlet, they can add their own news feeds that the portlet will include for them. They simply enter a feed name and a feed URL.
User feed selection
If users have permission to edit the portlet, they can select or deselect any feeds defined for the NewsReader portlet.
Common Portlet Configuration
NewsReader preferences are shared among ALL instances of NewsReader portlets. You cannot create different feeds in two different instances of NewsReader portlets.
