Task Description
Groups of content dynamically included into a user's layout and merged with existing content. Selection of content could be based on user groups membership, or person attributes . Should provide the ability for the user's to customize the content group (deleting channels, moving them around) with the option for administrators to over-ride customization or "lock" content.
