Task Description

uPortal should ship with valid, semantic, easily extended and modified themes and skins. The skins should showcase best-practices web design, separating content from presentation and externalizing styling utilizing CSS.

Theme HTML should be valid, concise, and should include sufficient selectors in the form of ID's and class's to enable significant customization entirely through CSS without modifying the underlying XSL/HTML base.

Implementation Notes

XHTML theme work from Rutgers is a good starting point for this effort.
