Viewing Portal Permissions

The home screen of the Permissions Administration portlet provides a list of all the permission activities registered in the portal, arranged by permission owner.  The provided links on owners and activities provide more information about the relevant targets.  Activity links also display a list of the currently-registered permissions for that activity, as well as links to the permission editing interface.

The form at the top of the portlet enables permission lookup for a specific principal and permission activity.  For example, to inquire whether the user Amy Administrator has any permissions for Edit Group, use the first drop-down menu to select Amy Administrator, and the second to select the Edit Group activity.
