[12:50:41 CDT(-0500)] <athena1> EricDalquist: have you noticed that when aggregation is disabled you get both the minified and uniminified copies?
[12:51:55 CDT(-0500)] <EricDalquist> in 3.2?
[12:51:56 CDT(-0500)] <EricDalquist> yeah
[12:52:21 CDT(-0500)] <athena1> was actually noticing it in trunk, didn't realize it was there too (smile)
[12:52:25 CDT(-0500)] <EricDalquist> oh
[12:52:34 CDT(-0500)] <EricDalquist> guess we need to update the aggregator version in trunk then
[13:35:47 CDT(-0500)] <EricDalquist> arg
[13:35:57 CDT(-0500)] <EricDalquist> so close to getting the live nightly build site done
[13:36:31 CDT(-0500)] <EricDalquist> and now I find out that bamboo barfs when you associate a static IP with the elastic instance
[13:36:59 CDT(-0500)] <athena1> oh (sad)
[13:37:32 CDT(-0500)] <EricDalquist> yeah
[13:37:34 CDT(-0500)] <EricDalquist> rather annoyed
[13:37:41 CDT(-0500)] <EricDalquist> just opened a support case with atlassian
[13:37:58 CDT(-0500)] <EricDalquist> bamboo never bothers to check if the public DNS of the instance has changed
[13:38:06 CDT(-0500)] <EricDalquist> which is perfectly valid to happen to an EC2 instance
[13:38:17 CDT(-0500)] <EricDalquist> and when it does it just assumes the agent crashed
[13:38:26 CDT(-0500)] <EricDalquist> since it can't connect to it anymore
[13:38:46 CDT(-0500)] <athena1> (sad)
[13:38:51 CDT(-0500)] <athena1> that sucks
[13:38:52 CDT(-0500)] <EricDalquist> yes
[13:38:58 CDT(-0500)] <EricDalquist> so I can get this setup and running
[13:39:14 CDT(-0500)] <EricDalquist> and associate the up40-nightly.jasig.org domain with the instance's IP
[13:39:22 CDT(-0500)] <EricDalquist> but if the instance reboots I then have to fix the DNS
[13:39:30 CDT(-0500)] <athena1> yuck
[13:39:30 CDT(-0500)] <EricDalquist> which isn't really a good long term solution
[13:39:37 CDT(-0500)] <athena1> yeah
[13:39:37 CDT(-0500)] <EricDalquist> hopefully atlassian will have some idea
[13:39:41 CDT(-0500)] <athena1> hope so
[14:08:20 CDT(-0500)] <EricDalquist> if anyone here happens to have an account on atlassian's jira please vote for http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BAM-7694
[15:38:30 CDT(-0500)] <b-rock> Greetings uPortal Devs. we are running uPortal 3.2.5-SNAPSHOT (prod stable branch) and ran into an issue with the group select dialog when doing a search for a group to add.
[15:39:12 CDT(-0500)] <b-rock> I can search for a group to authorize a portlet, but after I click on the link to add that group, the shadow box stays popped up and there is no link or button to close the dialog.
[15:40:38 CDT(-0500)] <b-rock> I think we are somewhat complicatiing things but using a grouper group for the authorization where this set of groups is not browseable in the groups manager, but it is searchable.
