The Markup concept is simple to use. Every Phase has access to the tool. To activate the Markup Box of features, select the Icon in the upper right side of the screen as a text icon.Once you select the text icon, the Markup Comment Editor appears, ready for you to begin using. To close the screen, click on the icon again.
