Signing Up to report issues

  1. Sign up at http://wiki.jasig.org (click on the Sign up link)
  2. Email pboysen@iastate.edu and he will add you to the group who can report issues.

 

Reporting an Issue

  1. Go to https://issues.jasig.org, login with the username/password you used above
  2. Click on the Thinkspace project
  3. Select Issues > Create Issue and fill out the following information (others can be left blank):
    1. Summary
    2. Priority (Only use Blocker or Critical if you can't do anything)
    3. Component (Typically ProblemSpace
    4. Description

An automated email will be sent to the developer and period emails will be sent as the issue is worked on.
