How to obtain PT?

Hello! every body!

         I need help in cas about proxy,now i use cas server 3.4.11, cas client 3.2.1 java and .net client.

i am configuration my webapp1(java-back service) and webapp2(.net-proxy service) with offical sample. now i receive TGT and PGTIOU,

i use getProxyTicketIdFor(targetServiceUrl) function both in java client and .net client . i receive st not pt. i am puzzled.

so i hope some help.
