  1. There seems to be a lack of momentum for involvement in these calls.

    1. Perhaps we should ditch the calls and put together small groups to focus on specific tasks.

    2. First potential target would be to assemble the senior management pitch and TCO analysis.

  2. We should be able to demonstrate some measurable progress before the spring conference season.
