Service Identifier Matcher

The ServiceIdentifierMatcher is a simple plugin for those who wish to change the way that CAS matches the service identifiers (i.e. ignore query string parameters, etc.). Most people will never modify this, but there are a few who do.

ServiceIdentifierMatchers are generally configured with the factories for the individual protocols.
