I live in town, and know a few routes. If we start running from the hotel it will have to be concrete at first, but there are ways to get away from it within a mile.

My pace is slow (10-12 min/mile) and I am recovering from a dirt bike injury to my left hip so I can only jog ~3 miles; I can walk/jog intervals for up to 5 miles.
