Slot concept / outline / content
Just an idea for a meeting slot: a very simple brief slot where we go around the room and each participant describes what he or she is working on, what's up with local instituion uPortal deployments and projects, perception of needs for near-term direction of the project, and perhaps most importantly, shares intent for what he or she will work on between this developer meeting and the June conference.
A chance to synchronize expectations on who's interested in and available to accomplish what when.
