Patty will pull together and lead the new committee to establish process for new organization. This hasn't started yetUnconference is in January then Sakai Europe conference is soon after. Process will probably begin in February.

Benito notes: "I have not received updates in months, though I ask for status updates most months. Any suggestions on a better way to get updates?". This is actually not unique to his queries either so let's talk about what changes we can make. Jen Bourey's leaving Unicon and most of her Jasig commitments is also a gap we should consider.
