- Review of Process and nomenclature
- candidate proposal / pre-incubation is now clear
- candidates may join an existing project, stand on their own or become non-project contributions
- governance for each is clear
- Infrastructure needs to support the process
- INCU wiki and jira - contains initial proposal request and current status
- incubation mailing list - open to community at large
- IWG - formed and active until summer 2009 when existing and new members should be elected
- Pre-incubation - wiki space on demand (open registry has this already)
- Incubating Project wiki, svn, lists, jira to be created in step with the incubation process as needed
- Sponsored project related contribution - to be handled by existing project. E. G. portlets have a wiki, jira and svn resources as specified by USC
- Non-project-related (unsponsored) contributions - need a wiki space; contrib svn location exists and is appropriately used already (ALM and IRC bot)
- Perhaps IWG will review and cull old clearinghouse
