Clock time for slot
30 minutes would allow for worthwhile review of UBC_Webmail progress and status and a little discussion of where to go next. Longer would add more sharing of each dev's institution-local webmail perspective, needs, availability to work on this, perceived value. Best to stop at 30 min while we're ahead!

Guided discussion of present status of UBC_Webmail project, 3.2 release, discussion of future of this project (merge into core uPortal to deliver more functionality ootb to compete with LifeRay? Become more "projecty" taking more use of Jira / Confluence / a mailing list? Become a portlet? Who's using this and where are we going with this? Interest?)
