The University of Montana enterprise portal will provide a single web platform for the integrated delivery of information, services and online communication tools to the University community. The enterprise portal will play a vital role in the attainment of many of the University's strategic initiatives.
In particular, the portal will:
- Enhance recruitment and retention of quality students, faculty and staff by meeting high expectations for technology-enabled services.
- Enhance teaching, learning and research through the delivery of integrated resources and tools.
- Enhance University governance and management by improving business processes, knowledge management and communication.
- Provide tools for building strong community connections and collaboration with and among all stakeholders of the University.
- Connect The University of Montana with other universities in collaborative efforts to develop and implement advanced online services that will keep the University competitive into the future.
