  1. Configuration Migration
    1. Review modified changed config pages
    2. Read configuring uPortal 3.1 pages
  2. Data Migration
    1. Export data from current
    2. Import data into new
  3. Theme/Skin Migration
    1. If from 2.x - start with included theme & skin, apply desired UI. Read Theme/Skin pages
    2. If from 3.0
      • can use 2.x method to take advantage of new UI features
      • can use 3.0 theme & skin
