05 Database

uPortal is released pre-configured such that it uses a HypersonicSQL database which provides a good reference database for initial deployment and evaluation, however it is not intended to be used in a production environment.

uPortal can be deployed such that a database from several other vendors may be used with a minimum amount of configuration. At present, the following databases are supported. Click on the database type for more information:
