Setting up development environment

Mostly a bunch of notes at the moment

On Mac OS-X

As an administrative user do the following to get installed.

Install XCode

Get it from the app-store

Start terminal

    xcode-select --install

Answer yes/install to any questions.

Install subversion 1.8
