Create New Comment Box
To create a new comment, select the "New" button (top of Markup Screen/Toolkit). A blank Comment Box appears ready for text editing.
Reuse Existing Comment
To use an existing comment, simply click on the comment of choice in the Markup Box and then drag the comment to your desired location on the screen.
