To help with time management and room technology, we suggest to attendees to sign-up to be a session facilitator.

Expectations:

  • Show up for the sessions you signed-up for.
  • Make sure the presenter has the microphone on (in larger rooms).
  • Introduce the presenters if you feel comfortable with that.
  • Make sure the sessions starts and ends on time (give cues to presenters for time-management purposes).

Benefits:

  • Break the ice with presenters you want to meet.
  • Easy way to do your part for the conference.
  • The grateful thanks of the planning committee.

How can I sign-up?

1. Navigate to the session page you want to facilitate.

2. Click Edit in the upper-right corner.

3. Type your name in the table, and then Save the page.
