I've created centos5 rpms packages for mod_auth_cas, largely inspired from a source package retrieve from Josh Kelley message

Here's how I rebuilt the RPMS: french mod_auth_cas rpms documentation 

mod_cas 

Jehan Procaccia generously shares RPM packages of Apache 2.0.52 2.0.53, 2.0.54 and 2.2.2 with MOD_CAS. He wrote to the CAS discussion list:

I have RPM packaged apache 2.0.52 , 2.0.53 ,2.0.54 and recently 2.2.2 including mod_cas. It also includes a pached mod_dir (for 2.0.X) which allows DirectoryIndex directive to work correctly with CAS redirections. 2.2.2 includes latest  esup-portail modification -> Mod_cas-2.0.11-esup-2.RC2.tar.gz , (changelog)
