The 2-3-98 Project is devoted to a continual dialogue around openness. The 2-3-98 Conference welcomes presentations on any subject related to open initiatives. Previous 2-3-98 Conference planning can be found at SUNY Delhi.

Regional Hosts

Those interested in hosting a regional meeting are encouraged to post their locals here. Regional meetings are great opportunities to meet with local communities of practice, like-minded individuals, build partnerships and network. Regional meetings can also provide technical support for presenters, sharing (and thus reducing) costs for webcast technologies.
