2013 Conference Logistics

Shared collaboration space - 20-30 people, 6-8 round tables, whiteboards, power; ideally available Sunday-Friday
Pre-seminar workshops - complete, except outstanding question regarding RSmart seminar.
Board will need individual meeting space. Maximum 16 but I will get an rsvp. 9-5:00 Sunday. Includes lunch. No need for Board to meet Thursday afternoon
Saturday June 1: OAE individual space AM and PM
Sunday is preconference seminar day. TCC (CLE) asked for indiv space ½ day in the PM. Related to this is the request that any TCC members involved in seminars be scheduled in the morning, to be free in the afternoon for this meeting. Don’t know how we want to handle that. Is that already true? PM space approx. 25 people. Need projector
Tuesday 2 hour block in PM OAE shared space, TCC shared, can this be included in Matchmaking or should it be elsewhere?
Thursday PM uMobile shared space, OAE individual, TCC(CLE) shared (last year 50 people) need projector, uPortal shared (15 people).
Friday OAE indiv. Not sure if this is all day. uPortal shared AM and PM (15 people)
